Trailer fire on Mitzvah Circle property in Montgomery Township brought under control quickly Tuesday

First responders from the fire departments of Montgomery Township, Chalfont, North Penn, Colmar and Fort Washington worked together Tuesday afternoon to quickly knock down a fire that broke out inside a donation storage trailer in the rear of the property of charity Mitzvah Circle on Montgomery Avenue off Doylestown Road. 

The fire extended to an adjacent warehouse/garage, which was brought under control quickly by 4 p.m. Damaged items reportedly included clothing and diapers.

There were no reported injuries. No roads were closed.
