The Eagles selected Nebraska defensive tackle Ty Robinson early in the fourth round of the NFL Draft on Saturday. The 6'5", 288 lb. Robinson led all college DTs with 11 QB hits in 2024. He also raised some eyebrows by running a 4.83 40-yard dash at this year's scouting combine.

With a young, championship-winning offense locked in for years and a defense hit hard by offseason departures, most NFL analysts expected the Birds to focus on the D in this year's draft. They've done exactly that thus far, selecting Alabama linebacker Jihaad Campbell 31st overall, Texas safety Andrew Mukuba 64th, and now Robinson with the 111th pick.
Ty Robinson might be one of the most underrated defensive linemen in this class.
In 2024, the Nebraska DT posted:
▶️ 6 sacks
▶️ 25 hurries
▶️ 11 QB hits
▶️ 79.5 pass rush grade
All while primarily rushing from the interior.

The Eagles are poised for a busy final day of the draft. Barring trades, they'll pick again at 130, 161, 165, 168, and 191.
