The owner of Leonardo’s Pizza in Chalfont Borough has admitted to grabbing an employee’s buttocks, kissing them, and using their phone to send himself nude pictures of the victim, and will be sentenced at a later date.
Nery Leonardo Vasquez-Pascual, 39, of Telford, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Bucks County Common Pleas Court to all eight charges lodged against him by Central Bucks Regional Police: Felony unlawful use of a communication device, misdemeanor indecent assault, two misdemeanor counts of invasion of privacy and four misdemeanor harassment charges.
