2-car crash backs up Route 611 North Wednesday night

A two-vehicle accident has backed up traffic Wednesday evening on Route 611 North in Plumstead Township.

A black sedan sustained front-end damage in a collision with a red Honda SUV, which sustained rear damage, according to reports from the scene.

Both southbound lanes of Route 611 are closed, as is northbound 611 before the on-ramp merge point.

Plumsteadville Fire Co. and Central Bucks EMS responded to the scene.
