A New Jersey man suffered serious injuries in a rollover crash in West Rockhill Township Thursday morning on southbound Route 309.
Pennsylvania State Police said the 52-year-old from Ringoes was taken by VMSC Emergency Medical Services to Grand View Hospital for treatment. His condition was not released Friday.
Police said the crash occurred at mile marker 23.8 at 7:04 a.m.
The injured, police said, was driving a 2000 Sterling truck in the left lane of southbound Route 309, when he drifted onto the left shoulder and turned right abruptly, causing an overturn.
The truck slid one-tenth of a mile southbound and came to a final rest in the right shoulder of Route 309 South, police said.
Route 309 South was closed for an extended period of time for cleanup and repairs, according to the police report.
Pennsylvania State Police – Dublin were assisted at the scene by Sellersville Fire Department, Telford Fire Department, VMSC EMS, Dunne’s Towing, and PennDOT.
