A virtual parent information session, a resource for families, will be held to connect Bucks County residents with the local ICC. “The Local ICC and Resources for Families” will host a virtual Lunch and Learn on Oct. 29 from noon to 1 p.m.
Those that tune-in can connect with other families, while also learning about resources that are offered for early intervention at both the state and local level. Learn about the ICC and opportunities within the community, the state ICC Family Meet & Greets, Parent to Parent of PA, and how they work together to connect parents. “Parents as Partners” unites the organizations. The offerings come together for the PEAL Center, a resource for parents and professionals.
Those interested in learning more about Parents as Partners in Professional Development (P3D) and how it brings families together, can register by email at [email protected] by Oct. 28. The email should include your name, email address, and age of your child.
Once registered, a virtual link will be emailed to you for the Lunch & Learn. The event is sponsored by the Bucks County Local Interagency Coordination Counsel, “Coming Together for Kids.”
