Keep your V-8s. Warrington Township Police brought their K-9s.

On Saturday, the police department’s patrol and K9 units held a “Kruisin’ With K9’s” event in the Valley Square Shopping Center at Street and Easton roads in the township.

Spectators and families enjoyed free fun and a chance to meet K-9s Jolie, Murphy, and Abby.

McAllister Brewing Co. provided “K9” beer and more at the Chapman Auto Stores-sponsored event.

For a $20 registration fee, classic car exhibitors could compete to win more than 40 trophies in multiple categories. Dash plaques were given to the first 75 cars.

All proceeds benefitted the Warrington Police K9 Unit.
