Rain could dampen the artistic spirit and creative moods on display over the weekend in Doylestown Township during the Doylestown Arts Festival, organized by Discover Doylestown and presented by Thompson Toyota-BMW-Lexus Collision and Detail Center.

It was a free 2-day celebration of art and culture in Bucks County for the 33rd year, which featured more than 160 independent artists, live music on five stages, demonstrations, activities and more.

The festival ran 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and was held rain or shine.
