Peddler’s Village holds its annual and popular Scarecrow Festival on Saturday and Sunday between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. The weekend features fall family fun, including scarecrow-making workshops (reservations strongly encouraged), pumpkin painting, live entertainment, and children’s activities.

While you’re enjoying the weekend, stroll around to see Scarecrows in the Village, a showcase of more than 100 creative and colorful scarecrows designed by members of the public, now in its 45th year. The scarecrows are on display from Monday, Sept. 9 through Sunday, Oct. 27. Peddler’s Village shops will be open until 8 p.m. on Saturday. Admission and parking are free. Event is rain or shine.


The 4th Annual Bucks Fall Food Truck Car Show & Music Fest rolls into Warminster at 350 E. Bristol Road on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., presented by Hart 2 Heart Animal Rescue and Ben Wilson Senior Activity Center, of which proceeds will benefit. The show features the Blue Comet Motorcycle Club, a Panel Beaters Car Club Car Show, animal rescues, live music, a free petting zoo, and 11 food trucks.


Calvary Church on Route 113 in Hilltown holds its 9th Annual Engines for Emma car, truck and motorcycle show on Saturday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. All money raised from this event will go directly to Team Emma 4-Ever fighting childhood cancer. Day of show registration will be $15. There will be 70 trophies, as well as specialty picks, classes and Emma’s pick, chosen by Emma’s parents.
