A Telford Borough man with three prior retail theft convictions has been charged with two felonies for allegedly stealing $36 in merchandise from Walmart in Hilltown Township.

Votta is free on $25,000 unsecured bail, according to court records. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 15 at 1:30 p.m. before Magisterial District Judge Regina Armitage.

On Sept. 3 at 4:29 p.m., police went to Walmart at 1515 Bethlehem Pike for a shoplifting report.
