Two infrastructure projects are underway in Doylestown Township this week.
On Monday, construction of the proposed trails for the Buck County Crisis Center (Doylestown Hospital) began, with sections of the trails temporarily closed to ensure safety.
The project will improve the trail network near the hospital.
Concurrently, crews will be working this week to make repairs to the stormwater drainage system along the trail near Radcliff Drive, according to the township.
Construction equipment and materials will be brought in through the trail access between 62 & 64 Radcliff Drive.
This project includes the removal of an existing stormwater pipe, installation of three new pipes, restoration of the eroded streambank, and repairs to the bike and hike trail in the affected area.
