Doylestown Township seeking green thumbs to volunteer for tree planting in Sauerman Park

Native trees will be planted in the park on Nov. 9.

Doylestown Township is seeking some residents with a green thumb and a knack for gardening to volunteer for its Fall tree planting event.

The township’s Environmental Advisory Committee will be at Sauerman Park on Saturday Nov. 9 for a morning of planting new native trees.

The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon at the park at 46 Sauerman Road, Doylestown.

All ages are welcome to volunteer.
