New Britain Township Police honors officers who served in Armed Forces

A township Veterans Day ceremony will take place at 11 a.m. Monday at North Branch Park.

Five of New Britain Township's finest have been honored for their Armed Forces bravery and experience ahead of Veterans Day.

The department presented officers with a commemorative military-style badge, which features a camouflage design with the officer's badge number and respective seal of their branch of service.

Honored officers included Chief Richard Clowser, Cpl. Mark Duncan, Cpl. C. Rich Michie, Officer Daniel Gonzalez and Officer Connor Maloney.

"We thank them for their service to their country and their continued service to New Britain Township."
