Six people – including a male with a head wound – were being assessed for injuries by EMS following a four-vehicle crash with rescue at South Easton and Almshouse roads in Doylestown Township Wednesday afternoon, in which a pickup truck flipped onto its roof and landed on top of two other cars.
Traffic is interrupted in the area due to the crash, which occurred around 4:30 p.m. and involved a gray Kia SUV, a white Toyota Corolla sedan, a silver Super-Duty Chevrolet pickup truck, and a white Chevrolet Silverado, per reports from the scene. The Silverado sustained heavy front-end damage in the crash.
Almshouse Road is closed at Easton Road, and Easton Road is closed after Almshouse Road, heading in the direction of Horsham.
Responding units included Doylestown Township Police, Doylestown Fire, Point Pleasant Fire, Warrington Fire Police, Warrington Community Ambulance Corps, Central Bucks EMS-Warwick Township, and Warrington Advanced Life Support.
