Firefighters battle deck fire Friday night

Firefighters from Doylestown and Point Pleasant fire companies worked together to knock down a deck fire in Doylestown Township Friday night. 

A call for a deck fire at a 2-story home on the 200 block of North West Street came in around 9 p.m. 

The fire was under control within 25 minutes.

Fire crews were assisted at the scene by Central Bucks EMS and Central Bucks Regional Police.
