An electrical fire on Monday night knocked out power Monday night for an extended period of time to the Park at Westminster Apartments in Warrington Township on the 600 block of Valley Road.
Per reports, firefighters encountered flames in an electrical outbuilding near the apartment complex. There were reports of wires sparking near the outbuilding around 11 p.m.
