REPORTED DECK FIRE ON DICK AVENUE

Montgomery and Bucks fire agencies respond to reported deck fire on Dick Avenue Friday

The incident was reported shortly before noon.

Four fire departments and two ambulances were called to a fire on a back deck on the 700 block of Dick Avenue in Warminster Township around noon Friday.

According to Bucks County emergency radio traffic, a deck was reported on fire and smoke was visible upon arrival. It was determined contents on the deck were on fire, per reports.

The fire was extinguished quickly, however a second ambulance from Central Bucks EMS out of Warminster was called to the scene at 12:06 p.m.

Bucks County EMS dispatch reported the fire was near Hostman Avenue and Lingo Drive.

Responding units included two engines from Warminster Fire Co., rescue from Southampton Fire Co., and an engine from Upper Moreland Township Fire in Montgomery County.

It is unknown of there are injuries at this time, but the home was occupied, per reports.
