Kelly Road to temporarily close for removal of tree Friday

Drivers are asked to use an alternate route for most of the day.

Kelly Road, on the borderline of Warrington and Doylestown townships, will be closed for most of the day Friday, in order for Doylestown Township Public Works to remove a large tree.

The road will be closed between Route 611 and Stuckert Road between 9 a,m. and 2 p.m., Doylestown Township Police said.

Residents will be assisted in leaving or returning to their homes. All through traffic will be prohibited.

Police advise commuters use an alternate route
