Dublin Borough officials broke ground earlier this month on the 78-unit The Landmark at Dublin housing development at 144 North Main Street, across from The Shops at Dublin Village Plaza.

According to developer SCG Holdings, the project will have 15,000-square-feet of commercial space and a fully signalized site. Three floors above the ground-floor retail will be high-end luxury apartments upon opening in 2025.

“The project will consist of two side-by-side buildings featuring street level commercial space with luxury apartments above. The community will offer resident amenities, amply outdoor gathering and entertaining spaces, and fully signalized traffic light access,” per its website.

The groundbreaking on Aug. 19 involved Dublin Borough officials, Nehemiah Development Company, Keystone Partners Group, Suburban City Group, and Milex Construction.
